Colored Sheet Protectors
Get organized and get in control of your office and filing chores. Lets face it. Filing is not fun but it is great to get done and it is even better when the files have to be found again. Because files for sure do not re-appear again by themselves (at least not in my office) unless they are filed in a proper way easy to be re-found when needed.
This is when a colored sheet protector comes in handy. Organize by color as for Week, Days, Months. Things to do: Now, Later, Next Week. Things to file: Bills, Letter, Invoices, Receipts, Medical bills, Insurance papers, etc. etc.
Use your imagination when setting up organizing systems it is fairly simply just choose the categories as in the grouping of things to do.
At the same time THINK OUT SIDE THE BOX as they say use the colored sheet protectors not only to organize your work desk but what about the kitchen counter at home, the kids school papers, etc.
There are a million usage for colored pages or colored file jackets for that matter just get started and get organized. |
