SECURITY
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. This SSL is the strongest encryption available. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Please note: While it's safe to order online through our Web site, we do not recommend that you send a credit card order through an email. Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit a credit card number.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Most orders will be shipped with USPS or Fedex Ground Service for the 48 lower states. A street address and a daytime phone number is required by Fedex. The following is our flat rates:
United States:

Orders: $30.00 or more and ground shipping is FREE.
Orders: $15.00 to $29.99 the ground shipping charge is $7.95
Small orders less than $15.00
Shipping charge is $14.00 -ship fast with USPS Priority Service 2 - 3 days.
- Alaska and Hawaii have to ship by air service in most cases or it will take weeks for your shipment to arrive. We do our best to keep the cost low and will contact you before shipping the products for confirmation as added shipping cost need to be expected due to the air service. You will of cause at that point have the possibility to cancel the order -no questions asked.

- APO's and FPO. In support of our service women and men abroad we do service these destinations with the help of US Postal Service as Fedex and UPS do not deliver to APO's or FPO. In most cases we do not charge extra but offer the same service as offered for the lower 48 states (please see above).
P.O. Boxes
Fedex and UPS are not able to delivery to P.O. Boxes as US Postal Service got a monopoly on that service. Unless the P.O. box is located in a Fedex or UPS Store in which case it is not a problem. Larger orders have to go by Fedex or UPS smaller orders we can ship to P.O. boxes with USPS.
Delivery Time
It normally takes 3 to 6 business days. Please add extra shipping time around the holidays where Fedex and USPS may be off. Orders may ship in multiple boxes, which may arrive separately. CANADA: We do ship to Canada. If you add the needed products to the cart and enter your province + zip code you will see the shipping rate. Do note this rate does not includes possible local Canadian taxes or fees added by Fedex or Canadian Mail for administrating the local Canadian taxes.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
MOST ORDER SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEPTION
We confirm your order to your e-mail address upon reception. You will with this e-mail receive a link which you can use to track the progress of your order if you sign up as customer. You can log-in to your account and follow the progress of your orders (you do not need to sign up as customer to place order, you are welcome just to place order as our guest). From time to time we will also email you news of special offers that we think you may enjoy as a signed up customer (max 3 - 5 times a year).
An e-mail will also be send when your package leave our warehouse.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as Google Checkout and PayPal payments and e-check through PayPal. When you place an order using a credit card, we will charge the card when the order is placed. Sorry no COD.
ORDER TRACKING
If you sign up as a customer you can log-in to your profile and check your order status. Alternative you can follow the link attached at the bottom of the order confirmation receive by e-mail after placing the order. If your computer has deleted the cookie you need to re-enter your pass word.
If you just placed order as a guest you are very welcome as everyone else just to send us an e-mail and we will be happy to reply as well as forward UPS tracking information.
UPON RECEPTION OF ORDER
Please Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Shortages, wrong items or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you for any reason should not be completely satisfied with the received products you have the option of return the merchandise for an exchange or a full credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we reserve the right to add a 20% restock fee. No returns are accepted after 90 days. There will be issued a credit for the merchandise to the buyer. The credit will be issued the same way the payment was made. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
NOTE: You must e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN #). No Package will be accepted without a RAN number. ONLY products returned in "as good as new" condition and no broken packaged will there be issued a credit for.
If you are returning or exchanging items we take the liberty to add shipping charges and taxes if applicable.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally for reasons beyond our control, a back order does occur. If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you immediately. Many times, if it is a multiple item order we will ship less the back-ordered items, and we will ship those as soon as they are in stock.
We take the liberty to change, add or in any other way amend our terms and politics at our discretion. We are not responsible for typing errors or mistakes.
