Replacements shipped promptly, arrived battered but usable. Keepfiling comment: Apparently we were not too lucky with USPS this time around. I use them for a postage stamp exhibit at a stamp show when two pages are required to be shown. The top open feature ensures the material can be safely inserted as well as displayed.
