HOW TO USE

SHEET PROTECTOR WITH COLORED EDGES

One of our greatest, if not the best sheet protector of all time. It is so versatile and can be used in so many different ways that it is almost impossible to list them all as only the imagination sets the limit. The color edge tabs make indexing easier for you with these color sheet protectors.

You can organize with colors:

  • By day, months, year
  • By department, organization, division
  • By project to control work flow
  • By importance; from most important, less important and to "forget about it" ... :-)

Another way to go about it could be to sort by color and urgency and potentials:

  1. Red Sheet Protectors = Most Urgent
  2. Blue - = Upcoming Projects
  3. Green - = Potential clients / projects
  4. Yellow - = In the pipeline
  5. White - = Finished Projects
Sorting and organizing in colors is only half of it's capabilities. With its extra high storage capacity it can hold larger amount of papers compared to std. top loading sheet protectors, making them best for storing:

  • Magazines
  • Larger amounts of prints
  • Booklets

EASY OPENING AND INSERT

This is made easy with the unique opening of this protector, as it opens at the top as most but also 1/3 down the right side from the top. This makes inserting and retrieval of documents very convenient and if used on a daily bases very appreciated. Despite the extra opening space the papers will not fall out during use (well unless it it is done deliberately).

Pulling the opening flap slightly back makes it easy to scroll through the large contents of the this protector. No need to remove the full content for viewing and re-insert when you're done.

DIVIDE IN COLORS

As these colored sheet protectors are about 1/4 inch wider than std. protectors it makes it the perfect tool when dividing a binder (with or without protectors) into different sections. It can be used with a single color edge sheet protector between pages or multiple color sheet protectors which obvious will make the different sections standard out more.

Received these free, so why not?  They aren't as clear as the other protectors but interesting design.  Will take them to work and use.  Easier to reuse, good for  taking things in and out frequently, like employee schedules.

Nice product - like that you can order by color instead of getting an assorted group as certain colors seem to get used more often when color coding documents.  These are being used for genealogy: green edge - birth records;  white - marriage information; blue - death certificates;  yellow - census information; red - photos, newspaper clippings; clear edge - immigration materials.
