Order Information


We work hard to protect the security of your information during transmission by using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software on all pages including the shopping cart pages, which encrypts the information you input. This in corporation with Volusion Inc. which provide the back end support to our website and +15,000 other web stores. SSL is the strongest encryption method available. It is important for you as to prevent unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. When using a shared computer, be sure to sign off when you're finished and if possible clear the history.

PLEASE NOTE: While it is safe to order online through our Web site, we do not recommend that you send a credit card order through an email. Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit a credit card number. If you prefer you are welcome to call us and we will take your order over the phone.


All orders are shipped with Keepfiling's choice of courier when choosing "Flat Rate" or "Free Shipping". If you wish to use a specific courier - FedEx or USPS, extra charges may apply. Please make your choice upon checkout.

NOTE: A street address and a daytime phone number are required by FedEx & UPS. We don't use or share the phone number for marketing purpose, sell, rent or or similar. Not to worry.


United States:

    • Orders $15.00 to $49.99 - Ground Service Shipping is calculated by the system.
    • Orders less than $15.00 - Ground Service Shipping is calculated by the system

  • Faster service can be chosen (pending product size and weight):
    • Standard Ground Service (2 - 5 business days) often go by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground sometime with local delivery by USPS. For smaller light weight shipments it may ship via USPS all the way or DHL with local delivery by USPS.
    • Overnight Service is not offered as our products are often bulky or very heavy which is cost prohibited with overnight service.

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico require air service and the best and most economical service is calculated by our system. Our system will calculate a price for the products in your cart. Do you have a larger need please contact us and we may find an alternative way to ship your order. Often it will ship via USPS.

  • APO - FPO
  • In support of our Military Service members abroad, we do provide service to these destinations with the help of the US Postal Service and UPS SurePost.

  • PO Boxes
    We ship to PO Boxes in the continental US with the following service level only, please choose accordingly; "Standard Ground Service" and "Free Shipping".

    Note: In some cases when the shipment is very heavy we may not be able to ship via USPS due to the cost of USPS service for heavy or very bulky items. We will then contact you for a street address.
No signature required:

  • Normally we do not require a signature upon delivery so you do not have to be home to receive your package. A major concern and reason many of our customers wish to use a PO box. Exception may be for larger orders containing multiple cartons or if the local driver would insist on getting a signature (our of our control).


We do ship to Canada. If you add the needed products to the cart and enter your province + area code you will see the shipping rate. If the shipping rate do not show and you select: "Do Not Choose" then we will contact you with the shipping cost before the order ships.

PLEASE NOTE: Canadian shipping rates does not include possible local Canadian taxes (GST) or fees added by FedEx or Canadian Mail for administrating the local Canadian taxes.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations around the world. Price is not including local taxes or handling of tax collection locally. Should you find your country not to be listed then please do contact us for further information and update to our system. Thanks for your understanding.



It normally takes 1 to 5 business days for an order to arrive. Please add extra shipping time around the holidays due to the higher volume of shipping for DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Orders may ship in multiple boxes, and may arrive separately for larger orders. Below is a map showing the time it takes for a shipment to travel to different areas. It is an estimated map and there will be differences locally within the same state.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Most orders ship within 24 hours of reception from Louisville, KY 40258.

We can make 2 day business air service as our fastest option. Please choose accordingly when you checkout. For this service please place your order before 11:00 am central standard time.
Note: All charges for rush delivery are carried by the customer and Keepfiling take no responsibility for the charges incurred by FedEx or UPS. IE if an order is placed with 2nd Day Air Service this extra shipping cost will not he credited in case an order is returned.



  1. Once you place your order an order number will appear on your screen with a "Thank You". If paid through Paypal you will be taken back to the Keepfiling site.
  2. An automated order confirmation e-mail message with the order number will arrive moments after in your e-mail box. Check your junk mail folder in case it is missing.

  3. We will send you another automated e-mail message when the order is ready for pick up by the currior with the tracking number. If you sign up as a customer by entering a password, the tracking e-mail will have a link for you to track the progress of your order.

  4. Orders are picked up from the warehouse in containers and each package will not be individually scanned upon leaving our warehouse. Each package will first be scanned when arriving at the first UPS, FEdex, DHL or USPS distribution facility. This means your package may be moving but may not show movement on-line the first 24 hours after the tracking number has been e-mailed to you. It may be longer if the tracking number is send to you on a weekend. Our warehouse often chose to process shipments over the weekend.

As a signed up customer, we may occasionally e-mail you news of special offers that we think you may enjoy (5 - 7 times a year). You are welcome to opt out at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to sign up as a customer to place an order - you are welcome to place an order as our guest. Simply leave the box blank that list: "Save my information for faster checkout." at the very last checkout page.

QUESTION: I did not get an order number or confirmation e-mail, what to do ??

ANSWER: If you did not see an order number on the screen when the order was placed and did not get an e-mail confirmation. Well then your order was not received. Please check the shopping cart most likely the products are still waiting for you to checkout.


If you sign up as a customer you can log-in to your profile and check your order status. Alternatively you can follow the link attached at the bottom of the order confirmation receive by e-mail after placing the order. If your computer has deleted the cookie you need to re-enter your pass word.
If you place an order as a guest, you are welcome to send us an e-mail and we will be happy to forward the tracking information, as well as answer any questions you may have.

UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: Please Inspect your merchandise immediately upon reception. Shortages, wrong items or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. It is an advantage if you e-mail a photo of what has been received.

In some cases USPS may choose to place your shipment in a "local locker" for pick up. USPS will then leave a message in your mail box as how to retrieve your parcel. Note that we do pay for delivery all the way to your front door and this "local locker" delivery is not of our choice. It is your local USPS office that handle this and can answer questions as why they choose to leave your package in a locker compared to leave it at your front door. Weather or unsafe neighborhood may be reasons.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal payments and e-check through PayPal. When you place an order using a credit card, we will charge the card when the order is placed. Its an automated process unlike a few years ago. New rules from the credit card companies.

  • We can not read or see your credit card number. It is hidden for us.
  • We can not add extra charges to your credit card once an order is placed. The total amount including taxes is the final as seen on the screen when the order is placed.
  • We can issue full or partial credits upon return of an order.

Standard terms for the use of Paypal. If you place order with use of Paypal. Products can be added to the order with the use of a "Paypal payment request" service. Unlike payment via credit card. Please e-mail us immediately with any change if changes is needed as order orders goes immediately for processing at the warehouse. it may not always be possible to change an order.

We do accept purchase orders from larger companies, schools, townships & gov. institutions by e-mail or fax to: 312 324 0605. Make sure to enclose an e-mail address on the order for where to forward our invoice.


Sales taxes will not be added to orders that ship out-of-state. We ship from the state of Kentucky. For orders that ship within the state of Kentucky sales tax may be added as listed in the shopping cart upon checkout. If the shopping cart list: " 0 " ZERO, in the tax field then zero taxes will be charged. Simple.

Orders for Government Offices, Churches and other tax exempt organizations don't need to list there tax exempt numbers upon placing order.

Canada & International:
For Canadian customers sales tax (GST / HST) may be added by your local government once the order is shipped to Canada. The tax will be collected locally, not by Keepfiling and UPS or Canadian Mail may add fee's for administrating the local Canadian sales tax collection. If you choose to have us ship to your local PO box in the US then no taxes will be added. The same for international customers.


We love our products and we think there is no reason why you would not love them too. But if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or a full credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we reserve the right to add a 20% restock fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days.

There will be issued a credit for the merchandise to the buyer. The credit for the merchandise will be issued to you the same way the payment was made. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

NOTE: You must e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN number). No Package will be accepted without an RAN number. Credit will be issued ONLY if products are returned in "as good as new" condition (no broken packaging). Sorry our warehouse don't have the capability to re-package products.

Additional for partial returned orders shipping charges for the kept merchandise may be added if of lesser value than the free shipping level (this to prevent customers from over-stocking and return large part of the shipment and Keepfiling getting stuck with the initial shipping cost in addition to the return handling).

NOTE: The Number One reason for returning of a product is "wrong size" so double check the size of your documents before ordering. You will do yourself a big favor.


Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, a back order does occur. If we are unable to ship your entire order, we will notify you immediately. Many times, if it is a multiple-item order, we will ship everything, less the back-ordered items, which will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.

The Keepfiling terms and policies may be amended at our discretion. We are not responsible for typing errors or mistakes on orders.


We do NOT sell, share or rent your personal information including your e-mail address with any outside organizations.

We don't make cold call to anyone at any time (it is not worth our time or your time). When ordering we ask for a phone number for use with the shipping as Fedex and UPS request this. If any questions we will e-mail at first and place the order on-hold and only in emergency call. E-mail is our preferred communication.

Keepfiling has a co-operation with a third party service provider, to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and statistical information from visitors in order to help us administer our website and improve the quality. This done with the use of cookies.

If you choose to place order with us we will keep personal information in order to deliver and handle your order including for possible future returns.
