You tried. June 21, 2019 Reviewer: Carmen Ritch from Tahlequah, OK United States   I loved the size of the binders. I ordered white and the labels on the wrapping said white but the binders are black. I do not plan to return them as it's too much of a hassle to mail things in this town. Thanks for trying. Keepfiling comment: This line of binders has always been black on the outside and white on the inside. The label also list: black/white. Nothing has changed. Must be some kind of misunderstanding. Good product June 9, 2019 Reviewer: Judy from Canada   This was totally as expected--as advertised. I just wish you had a connection in Canada so the shipping wasn't over $30. Keepfiling comment: Agreed shipping to Canada or overseas has become very expensive compared to the past. Unfortunately we don't set the cost of shipping USPS, Fedex and UPS does. Nice Size! September 23, 2015 Reviewer: Sen C. from New York, US   I had trouble to find a suitable size binder for the artworks and found this one to be perfect for the sketches. It looks sturdy enough and can fit a lot. I even had trouble with the shipping because the package was lost but the customer service was very quick to respond and they reshipped another package to me within a week free of charge.
