Top open at 8-1/2 side only.
Punched with 3 holes, 4-1/4" from center of each hole. Corner cuts at top and bottom of hole line edge for easy page turn when used with binders with booster rings.
Heavyweight material makes it easy to fetch the page when turning the pages. And easier to insert paper into the heavyweight sheet protectors. They are NOT flimsy.
